Still a Mystery

My fist signs of TN started February 20th 2016 in the evening.  I was sitting around a campfire and I got tingling sensation on my left check under my eye. I ignored it, and figured whatever it is will go away. This went on for about a week, come and go with a feeling of almost like a sunburn on my face along with numbness and tingling.  Finally on February 27th  woke up with pain that scared me. The left side of my face was tingling and partially paralyzed, numb with a burning sensation , and the top of the left side of my scalp was numb. My speech was slurred and delayed,  and my memory had progressively gotten worse. I had what felt like a knife was being stabbed into the top of my head, almost like an electrical shock. I felt like what I assumed was an earache coming on, later finding out that it was a part of TN. I went to the ER and my doctor was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia. The next day the pain went away, then a few days later it returned again. I had an MRI done on my brain and a flair was found in my T2 left frontal lobe. Considered unspecified white matter. Since TN, I have had neuropathy in my legs and feet, memory loss, feeling like  being jabbed with pins in my eye, face and the back of my head, numbness in my face,vertigo, double vision, shakes, loss of balance and pains like side stitches in my abdomen and ribs. Vitamin D and B6 defcient. Multiple Sclerosis is suspected but it hasn't been diagnosed yet.
