How did all start?
I was a child and I noticed when looking at the ceiling in my bed, that there were little things floating around and I could trace them with my eyes. In 2019 i got anxiety because I thought it got worse, but it was actually me becoming nearsighted, which made it more noticable. Now I don't notice it at all but can see it if I pay attention to it

Calm down because it won't go away but won't get worse and might get better if you ignore it.

The white blood cells in the sky and bright places they are in the whole vision
