Year Condition Began: 2014

I was ill and losing lits of weight. Was diagnosed with HP Lori invection. During exam of my abdomen, dr found heart beat to be to superficial. A sonar scan showed aneurysm of 3.6cm. It was monitored and measured the next year. It grew to 5.1cm. Was sent for a CT Angiogram where they saw that it was saccular and in danger of rupturing. They also found a renal aneurysm if 2,1cm left side. I was taken for immediate open surgery. All went well accept for the renal one. They had consultants in but they decided not to repair. At that stage it was better not to touch. I spent 4 days in high care ICU and 1 day in general ward. 2 Month on lught duty then I was back at work. I go back yearly for check upps. They want to di the renal next January. Prof told me that its rather complicated. I might even lose the kidney. Will have to wait and see. In the meantime I try to keap my hypertension under control with medication.
