Is it easy to find a partner and/or maintain relationship when you have Aquagenic urticaria?
People with experience in Aquagenic urticaria give their opinion on whether it is easy or not to have a partner or to maintain a realationship when you are diagnosed of Aquagenic urticaria. What are the possible difficulties in having a relationship?
That depends on how you handle yourself. The person you decide to be with should be well aware and ready to support you through hard times. I most certainly have found somebody that can handle it and is very supportive and helps me with everything.

For people with severe AU it can be a struggle to be close to other people because of sweating, but for most of us there is no problem.

I think this condition doesn’t affect relationships, it shouldn’t interfere at all.
