Clots Matter is a non-profit organization helping to build awareness and support for patients suffering from vascular thrombotic diseases. #ClotsMatter is an initiative supported by Thrombosis Canada, founded by their Patient Ambassador; Martin Lemieux who has suffered and survived multiple blood clots, and multiple rare vascular diseases for over 20 years.
