Toxic world

Feb 24, 2018

Year Condition Began: 2009

As a child I disliked fragrance products and when my Mother started selling Avon products I developed Asthma. As an adult I began to have difficulty with cleaning products and heavily scented Men and Woman. Then when i was working on a large project with Corian counter tops, cutting, routing, sanding and gluing I began to have difficulty breathing when exposed to other products. I was wearing a dust mask, but not a respirator for the chemical oder at the time of the job I was working on. From that point more and more products were introduced into the consumer market and I became so sick, unable to function without being exhausted. Walking up a flight of stairs would make me feel so exhausted I was done for the day and in bed. I removed all chemical products from my home and changed my diet to remove foods grown with so many toxic chemicals. A boring diet to some extent, but I am able to function much better now and the job I have keeps me away from most people who overdose on so many scented products.
