Many people live with Nutcracker syndrome and it is not likely to be life-threatening. The pain becomes debilitating and quality of life is substantially decreased. This is when finding an answer becomes overwhelming and the main focus of the patient's life.

I just take things day by day and take medicine before mt pain flares up too much. Or if I'm feeling dizzy or nauseous from the pain taking Dramamine. And relaxing as needed throughout the day. Take it easy, and you can still do your daily activities just not anything thats too physically demanding probably.
