How did all start?
Increased muscle weakness and fatigue.
Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?
Yes. Diagnosis was made with first physician visit.

Orthopedics
What has been the most useful thing for you so far?
To keep healthy and moving without exacerbating my condition.
What have been your biggest difficulties?
Accepting increased limitations.
How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?
I have had to step away from friends due to my not being able to participate in the activities that I once enjoyed with them. One of my sons does not want to recognize that I am no longer a super woman.
What things have you stopped doing?
Training, riding and driving horses, hiking, camping.
What do you think about the future?
Meh.
So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?
My 40s. Working, training and showing horses, mountain climbing, body surfing, camping
What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?
What I did before.
If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?
Some good, some bad.
Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?
Keep your chin up and don’t give up. Get a dog.
