Visual Snow- What it can help us with

Im 23 now and I have visual snow since i can remember. I never saw it as a disease though.

I think I have a relative mild form of visual snow. When its bright im seeing this flickering on every surface ( walls , sky etc... ), but i can recognize everything. Like watching an old movie i guess. When its dark the visual snow becomes very dominant and i cant see things which are more than 3 meters away.

Whatsoever i dont feel really impaired by that. I even like it most of the time:
Boring walls become more entertaining. They are flickering like christmas lights. When I watch old movies which are noisy im not really disturbed by the noise whereas other people might complain.
As a kid i often layed down in bed and regarded the dark ceiling above me. With the time the flickering points merged to new forms and my imagination was visualising.

For me visual snow is somewhat a weird condition, which reminds us that what we might see or feel or even think is not real and that we should focus on the beautiful truth that lies in everyone of us.
