Dosing my hydrocortisone by circadian rhythm - 4 x daily, every 5 hr -10mg @ 6 am, 5mg @ 11 am 2.5 mg @ 4 pm, 2.5 @ 8 pm (the 8 pm dose doesn’t keep me awake, in fact it resolved me waking up at 2 am daily)
