My journey so far in the past month

it began June 14th when I was getting ready for work and all of a sudden the left side of my body went numb and I had to lie down quickly because I was scared I might actually fall I couldn't move the left side of my body and I was terrified. I went to the hospital and they could find nothing wrong. I began having severe migraines so unbearable I started calling out of work I didn't even wanna get out of bed. Next came the double vision at first it would only last a couple of seconds then go away but then on the 3rd when it came on it remained constant and would not go away. I tried to work like this and drive like this.. I just wanted to feel normal again I pushed myself and pushed myself and I think I had made things worse. Finally one day at work I had fallen and that was the last straw I decided to go to Greenville and be seen by a dr there because the hospital here in town didn't seem to care much about what was going on they did cts and MRIs and everything looked normal so they just sent me home and told me to go see an opthalmologist about my double vision so I did. When I got there she looked at my eyes Andy looked concerned so then she dialated my eyes and looked again and told me she was sending me back to the er for a spinal tap and an mrv scan because I had extreme swelling on my optic nerves. I had the spinal tap done and my opening pressure was at 40 and the drained a couple tubes of the spinal fluid off to check and relieve the pressure. My vision went back to normal though I feel like I have to strain a bit so see sometimes but the opthalmologist said the swelling had went down this past visit I went to see her and mrv came back saying I had a narrowing of my sigmoid and transverse sinuses. Not completely sure what that means but that and the spinal tap helped them into diagnosing me with the pseudotumor cerebri / intracranial hypertension. It's been rough ever since then all I can do is lay around I feel completely fatigued in pain my arms and legs ache so bad and my head gives me a fit... I've had problems with pulsating noises in my ears high pitched noises and brief seconds of deafness... aching pain in my neck and shoulders even my back and I've noticed a lot when I chew certain foods my jaw and head begin to hurt a lot I can't bend over without pain in my head I've had dizzy spells my anxiety has sky rocketed it's just been a horrible trial for me within the past month and with all of that hitting you back to back it just makes you wanna give up...
