Found a large lump in Oct 2019, had u/s and mamo and biopsy. Biopsy showed “fibroadenoma” so recommended 6 mos follow up. At 6 mos follow up in June 2020 it had doubled in size so now suspected to be a Phyllodes tumor. Lumpectomy July 2020 and pathology indicated benign Phyllodes tumor. Only 0.1cm margins taken as current research where I am suggests nothing more needed with benign. Follow up here is just u/s every 6 mos and mamo. Followed by family doc or general surgeon not oncology.
