My Trip down The Sarc Lane ..

In 1993 I was diagnosed with CFS/Fibromyalgia..I battled with for years gradually getting worse...for years i had a persistant cough that GP's treated with antibiotics.... my pain was severe too...I think the Drs thought I was a  Hypochondriac, i know I did in the end because that was the way they were making me feel....Anyway  an appointment with my GP Another dr had stepped in because my Dr had moved to another practice...I had been going to this new Dr for about a year , my cough was driving me demented , when out of the blue she said to me I am sending you to a Lung Specialist  I think you may have Sarcoidosis...where after a Lung biopsy etc they diagnosed me with Sarcoidosis from there i went to a Cardiologist, where he found damage to the right side of my heart, then to a endocrinologist where she found damage to the pituitary gland (thickening and nodules) ...my Auto Immune system was shut down as it was having a field day attacking my own body, blood tests revealed many other chronic illnessess too...I have emphysema as well now and am on full time oxygen....its an up hill battle at present but with the Grace of God Go I...my faith , my hope of a cure,and a wonderful support group on Fb ,family friends my darling little therapy dog henry(a very small yorkie) are all that keep me going ...the only medication i take is prednisolone,a Tablet for my tummy and at present I am on  antibiotic Clarithromycin and have been for about 2 months now my pain relief is heat packs ,cold packs, tens machine,ultrasound and medicated rubs and Panamax...unfortunately my breathing is getting worse now so its something I will be dealing with this week at the Drs..
